Free Pole and Stretching plan to print out

On the way to reaching a goal, many of us lose track of what we have already achieved. When, for example, you train towards a specific Pole trick, although you have come much closer to succeeding it, you might fall into despair because you have not yet reached it. We forget easily where we have started and we do not appreciate enough how much we have already improved.

Many of us (unfortunately, I included) only look forward. This is, of course, often a helpful attitude, yet, it becomes a hindrance as soon as you feel frustrated by it. If you only focus on what you have not yet achieved, you might quickly feel overwhelmed by a feeling of stagnation. For this reason, it is extremely important to keep a diary. A diary helps you to structure your training properly and to set your goals consistently. It also shows you at the end of the month, how much you have improved. And you will be surprised!

I give you a free downloadable plan to keep track of your Pole training and to measure your stretching success.

The Pole plan is designed for a week. You can put down your monthly goals and in addition, the plan allows you to get an overview of which Pole tricks you have trained on and how you have been doing.

The Stretching plan includes a flexibility tracker which you could fill out, for example, at the beginning of the month. You can write down how many centimeters, for example, you are still missing for your full splits and you can also note concrete flexibility goals for the month. Then, I have created four weekly plans that allow you to track how often you have stretched, what body parts you have stretched and which exercises you did. For the end of the month, I have generated a Success Tracker. Take again measures of how many centimeters your splits are missing now and compare to your flexibility tracker. I am convinced that you will be very surprised.
