athletic apricot-quark shake

Yesterday, it was my boyfriend ‘s birthday and I did not manage to post my shake recipe, as I had promised to do. Instead, I threw all healthy habits overboard and ate delicious strawberry-raffaello cake without feeling guilty. Cake is my weak spot.

Now, today I want to make everything up and give you even two recipes.

3. Shake ganz

This super delicious Shake completes my summery, fruity series.

I’ve used:

2 apricots

1 tablespoon quark


a pinch of salt

a pinch of cinnamon

Protein powder (apricot)

Alternatively, you can also use other protein powders and instead add a spoonful of apricot jam.

Cinnamon lowers your blood sugar and cholesterol levels and stimulates the metabolism. For this reason, cinnamon is often used in weight loss diets.
