… I was ill (boohoohoo) and my voice still sounds as if drinking whiskey and smoking were my main hobbies. I have practically spent the whole week drinking gallons of ginger tea, sucking throat lozenges, and watching spring through my window. I have such a long list of crazy tricks from the amazing Nadia Sharif that I planned to try – it is simply not fair. I hope in a better state than I. What are your plans for the weekend?
Which movie I have watched over and over:
My boyfriend makes fun of me because I have watched a handful of movies so often that I could replace each protagonist on the spot. These movies are, to my shame, not always the most profound productions. I actually watch almost all film genres, but the movies that I watch over and over again, remind me of a particular situation or feeling. If this occurs again (like falling ill), I re-watch the corresponding movie.
My classics that I have watched infinite times are Bridget Jones (for the accent), Benny & Joon (for Johnny Depp), Pride & Prejudice (for the scenery, ok, also a little for Mr. Darcy), Some like it hot (for Marilyn Monroe), Darjeeling Limited (for the images & the music).
What I have eaten A LOT (for
the mood the throat):
What I should not have looked at out of boredom:
The inventor of online stores must be the devil in person. Now, I wish I would have this beautiful body by Asos.
What I would have preferred to do:
Woah, don’t you think this Pole Fitness Flow is cool as ice? I just love how every of her movements is correct to the point.
What you could do with whey protein that you don’t like:

Say hello to Almond & Dark Chocolate Protein Pow Bars! Made them yesterday and they turned out MMM 👌 It took me under 2 minutes to make the filling! No cooking involved – just 4 ingredients mixed together in a bowl and POW! 👊 Gorgeous #proteinpow bar dough 🍫 I ended up coating the bars in @ohso_goodforyou dark chocolate and added some pistachio nuts on top 😗 Give them a try! They're nutriton-packed, full of goodness, sugar-free, and mmmmmm, so tasty! Like candy, healthy protein candy 😋 I posted the recipe on the site but here it is too: Protein Bar Filling Ingredients 1/4 cup (28g) whey #proteinPOWmix (note: if you want your bars vegan, just use our #vegan #peaproteinPOWmix – link in bio 👆) 2 tbsp (32g) almond butter 1 tbsp (16m) almond milk 5 drops of stevia Coating Ingredients 2 little bars (27g in total) of Dark Chocolate Pinch of chopped pistachio nuts (for aesthetics and texture) Directions Step 1: First, make your protein bar filling by mixing all the filling ingredients together until you get a dough, dividing this dough into two, and shaping two small bars out of it. Step 2: Melt your dark chocolate in a bain marie (a glass bowl on top of a pot of boiling wahta) and cover the bars with it using a spoon. Step 3: Place the bars on a silicone tray or a plate lined with alumuminium foil and leave them in the fridge for a couple of hours or the freezer for 30 mins so the chocolate sets. That's it: DONE. #DIYProteinBars #ProteinChef #ProteinPow #HomemadeProteinBars #ProteinPowBars #Nutrition #HealthyEating #GlutenFree #NomNoms #sugarfree
Protein powder is a matter for itself. Do you even use it? Anyway, it is a real challenge to find one that is healthy and good. There are several criteria that should be considered in the search for the perfect powder and when you have finally chosen one – it does not taste well. I actually use the same protein powder for some time now and I am really happy with it. However, I thought I might try some different tastes and – whoof, I would not get a single shake down of this. ProteinPow publishes recipes where protein powder is used for baking. There are recipes for bread, brownies, bars, everything. Here is a delicious almond and dark chocolate protein bar.
Have an amazing weekend. XXX
